Deep Tissue Massage

60/90 minutes: $110/$160

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Swedish Massage

60/90 minutes: $110/$160

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Hot Stone Therapy

60/90 minutes: $110/$160

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Energy Work

60/90 minutes: $110/$160

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow. Full sessions of Reiki, Polarity Therapy, and Reflexology can be booked or added into any massage session.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level. In Reiki, the practitioner transfers energy by placing their hands over or on the client. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Reiki has been around for thousands of years.

Polarity Therapy is an alternative therapy that involves balancing the flow of energy in the body to improve or maintain health. It was developed by chiropractor and osteopath Randolph Stone. It is also known as polarity balancing and polarity energy balancing. Polarity Therapy utilizes techniques that connect the positive, neutral and negatively charged energy forces to enhance the life force within a problem area – whether mental, emotional, physical or spiritual – creating a free flow of the life force energy.

Reflexology is a science that works around the principle that there are reflex areas in our hands, feet, and ears that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes can prevent and relieve health issues and work toward your overall body maintenance as well as combat stress. Reflexology works with the central nervous system. The application of pressure to feet, hands, or ears sends a calming message from the peripheral nerves in these extremities to the central nervous system, which in turn signals the body to adjust the tension level.

Chair Massage

15-20 minutes: $110 per hour

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. Want to show your staff some appreciation? Book a chair massage event and I will bring health, wellness, and relaxation to your people!
